BENEDICTINE SPIRITUALITY GROUP
Meets the second Tuesday evening of the month, with in-person and online options. Each gathering includes a short form of liturgical prayer, discussion of a Benedictine value or theme, and spiritual practices such as centering prayer, lectio divina and others. More information.

ADVENT RETREAT: THE WAY OF THE LABYRINTH AND JOURNALING

Come and explore the way of the winding path. We will learn about the labyrinth as an ancient symbol of the spiritual path and walk Holy Trinity’s labyrinth. This will be partnered with journaling techniques to access one’s inner journey and life experience. Whether you are an experienced journaler or a novice, join body, heart and spirit for an exploration of the sacred self.
